CSS Account Manager is a new role created due to business expansion. This role will act as primary liaison between a company and its key client, focusing on building strong, long‑term relationships, ensuring satisfaction, driving revenue growth through upsells, renewals, and identifying new opportunities within their portfolio of accounts.
Key duties involve managing daily communication, coordinating with internal teams, organising delivery of goods in agreed timescales to meet client needs, tracking performance via SLA and MI, handling client queries and escalations, and delivering strategic reviews to secure continued business and loyalty.
Core Responsibilities- Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact, understand client goals and foster trust.
- Client Advocacy: Represent the client's needs internally, ensuring their voice is heard by other departments.
- Project Oversight: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects and services are delivered on time and meet expectations.
- Growth and Revenue: Identify existing and new opportunities for upselling/cross‑selling and meet sales targets.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve client queries or complaints quickly and effectively.
- Reporting: Track MI performance, prepare reports and present account reviews.
