This engagement involves senior commercial consultancy contributing to Castille’s UK Channel Partner Program. Castille is a specialist skills augmentation platform for professionals with a validated track record around the world. The company is looking to build a channel partner (CP) eco-system through which to deploy our Vetted network on client projects and assignments on an SOW basis through our Virtual benches technology.
For the purposes of clarity, the term Channel partners refers in the main to mid-market IT Consultancies, System Integrators, Digital agencies and VADs/VARs requiring specialist skills augmentation on their client projects. The work involves high-level commercial work on a fully flexible basis for long-term participation in the program.
The selected Consultants will be focused on introducing, securing and activating their CP relationships into Castille’s eco-system. Once activated, Consultants will be doing high-level account management.
The successful applicant will have a strong network of senior relationships in mid-tier System Integrators, IT Consultancies or Managed Service Providers in the UK, having already worked in such eco-systems at Vendors or VADs/VARs.
Key Responsibilities will be:- To help build a CP eco-system for Castille in the UK.
- To sign on and activate existing CP relationships, on our platform.
- To nurture the activated accounts with high-level account management for longer-term growth.
To help build a strong CP ecosystem for Castille’s Vetted network of specialist talent.
Terms:This is a B2B Service agreement and income is driven by book of business created.
