Our London Division focuses on prestigious, technically complex residential construction projects in exclusive areas such as Mayfair, Kensington, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Chelsea, and Holland Park—including landmark new-build townhouses and apartments, major basement extensions, lateral conversions, heritage-listed refurbishments, full-gut renovations of period properties, and multi-level structural transformations.

- Manage stakeholder relationships with ultra-high-net-worth clients, architects, interior designers, structural engineers, and subcontractors to deliver visionary high-end residential designs.
- Develop and manage detailed project programmes, budgets, procurement, and resource plans using tools such as MS Project or equivalent, ensuring adherence to timelines and commercial targets.
- Oversee health and safety compliance, sustainability standards and heritage requirements.
- Provide strong site leadership, supervising teams, managing subcontractors, and resolving complex technical, logistical, or neighbour issues to maintain project schedule and quality.
- Deliver clear, discreet progress reporting and updates to clients and senior management (Quantity Surveyor / Project Director etc).
- Integrate sustainable practices, including energy-efficient systems, low-carbon materials, and smart-home technologies.
About You
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or Project Manager delivering super-prime / high-end residential / luxury residential projects in London (typically multi-million value), with a strong portfolio in new builds, basement extensions, lateral conversions, or listed building refurbishments.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury construction techniques, premium materials, bespoke finishes, and London-specific challenges (e.g., party wall matters, restricted access, heritage sensitivities, basement waterproofing).
- Strong project management skills, including budget management, cost control, scheduling, risk management, change control, and resource allocation in complex urban environments.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent chartered/professional experience; desirable: PMP, CIOB, or similar).
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills to build trust with elite clients and teams.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, with a passion for delivering timeless luxury residential properties.
