Exciting Responsibilities: Where You Make an Impact In this role, you'll be a vital link in our supply chain, responsible for accurately picking customer orders according to picking procedures using the voice picking system. Administration of relevant documentation and upholding a clean and safe working environment. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellent service will shine as you collaborate with our team to maintain efficient stock replenishment, stock rotation and handling of products with care. You will also have the chance to directly contribute to our renowned customer service by engaging with customers during order pickup.
Comprehensive Training and Growth Opportunities: Previous warehouse experience is desirable but don't worry if you're new to the field - we provide full training to equip you for success. Whether you're working as part of a team or independently, you'll have the support you need to excel. We value personal growth and recognize your potential, offering ample opportunities for advancement and professional development. We also welcome experienced forklift operators. However, this is not essential, just a willingness to learn as full training will be provided.
Rewards That Matter: Your Wellbeing Is Our Priority We believe that your wellbeing matters. As a Warehouse Operative working Sunday 07:00-16:00, Monday-Thursday 05:30-15:15 or 07:45-17:30. You'll enjoy a competitive rate of £30,968.60. Additionally, you'll receive 25 days of annual leave plus Bank Holidays (you will be required to work a certain number of bank holidays) and a generous 5% Company contribution to your pension scheme. Our discounted staff purchase scheme lets you save on your weekly food shop.
