Role Overview: We are seeking a highly capable Financial Accountant or Financial Controller to join our finance team during an exciting phase of growth and transformation. The role will be critical in supporting the monthly reporting cycle, maintaining accurate financial controls, improving reconciliations, and enabling the business to scale with confidence. You will work closely with the Finance Manager – Designate and support the junior team, while taking ownership of key accounting and control functions across Castell Group and its subsidiaries. Key Responsibilities Prepare and support monthly management accounts for multiple entities and a consolidated group pack. Prepare journals, accruals, prepayments, intercompany recharges Assist with group consolidation reporting. Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain control accounts Produce monthly cost centre reporting with analysis for the Finance Manager – Designate.
