What You'll Get

• Starting salary of £25,750 to £26,250.00 following successful completion of probation.
• Working hours Monday to Friday 9.00 to 17:30 - no weekend working!

At Castelan, we're seeking a Furniture Parts Logistics Administrator to support the smooth delivery of replacement furniture parts for our customers. This is an administration-focused position, ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating processes, maintaining accurate records, and working behind the scenes to deliver excellent service.Rather than a phone-heavy environment, you'll spend your time tracking orders, liaising with suppliers, managing logistics information, and ensuring customers receive the right parts at the right time. With full training provided and a friendly, supportive team around you, this is a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Based in our Head office location of Weston-Super-Mare, you will work within a fast-paced working environment, as the first point of contact for our valued customer base. What You'll Be Doing

• You will be at the heart of our logistics operation, helping coordinate the movement of parts and supporting both customers and colleagues:
• Managing and tracking parts orders from start to finish
• Communicating updates clearly to customers and internal teams
• Building strong relationships with suppliers and resolving issues
• Monitoring stock levels and maintaining accurate inventory records
• Supporting technicians with parts availability and information
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through strong organisation
