The role of the Speech & Language Therapist will be to provide high quality rehabilitation care to our residents. The role will involve working at both sites; Lillington House and Helen Ley House. This will involve a range of neurological assessment and intervention skills, across different phases of treatment (restorative and compensatory rehabilitation, long term maintenance and palliation). The role will be a minimum of 22.5 hours per week, with consideration of full-time options.
Main duties of the job:
- To prioritise, assess and manage own patient caseload, demonstrating specialised skills, experience and ability to work without supervision.
- To promote effective and evidence based treatments, identifying and utilising evidence based outcome measures appropriate for the residents at Castel Froma Neuro Care.

Castel Froma Neuro Care is a registered charity that cares for those with complex neurological conditions such as brain injury, MS, MND, Parkinson's disease and Huntingdon's disease. We have permanent residents across two sites (Lillington House and Helen Ley House), plus a number of respite guests who stay with us on a temporary basis.
