Role Profile

Our client, a well-established business, is seeking a dynamic Strategic Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with key OEM & Tier 1 clients. The role involves driving revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities within strategic accounts. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client success aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a contractual framework supporting long-term client partnerships.
  • Lead business reviews to evaluate performance and plan future collaboration.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors globally.
  • Maintain stakeholder matrices and organizational charts in CRM for full visibility.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand products, services, and geographical reach.
  • Define and track KPIs and service metrics to ensure contractual performance.
  • Keep records of all client interactions and proposals in CRM.
  • Partner with internal teams to support service delivery.
  • Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, projects, and escalations.
  • Collaborate internally to resolve client issues promptly and effectively.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record as a Senior Account Manager or similar, with at least 2 years in a related industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data management.
  • Experience with sales performance metrics and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, including presenting to executives.
  • Customer-focused with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
