Our client is looking for a pro-active and experienced Warehouse Manager to be a part of their ambitious growth plans. You will be joining a great team which is looking to future-proof their business through an exciting period of transformation. You will manage a small team and be responsible for ensuring day-to-day KPIs are achieved, working closely with the wider team to optimise inventory and service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the daily picking, packing, and transportation of distribution orders.
- Ensuring orders meet delivery schedules in both quantity and quality.
- Maintaining accurate stock records using Sage 200.
- Keeping the warehouse organised and compliant with Health and Safety standards.
- Recruiting, training, and managing warehouse staff.
- Maintaining clear communication with production departments and the sales office.
