Purpose of the Role: The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient picking, packing, dispatch, and stock control processes. The ideal candidate will manage warehouse KPIs, drive productivity increases, and collaborate effectively with logistics, customer success, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment: Oversee picking and packing operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- KPI Management: Monitor and analyse warehouse performance metrics and KPIs to drive improvements.
- Productivity Improvement: Implement processes and practices to increase productivity within the warehouse team.
- Target Management: Set and track performance targets for the warehouse operation to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Dispatch Management: Coordinate all aspects of dispatch operations, ensuring that orders are shipped accurately and on time.
- Warehouse Operations: Manage day-to-day warehouse functions, including stock put-away, stocktaking, and organization.
