Warehouse ManagerBolton£45,000 + Benefits
Role Profile
Our client is a proud family-owned business enjoying an exciting period of growth. We are supporting their recruitment of a Warehouse Manager to oversee day to day operations and ensuring a seamless, quality service to customers. As Warehouse Manager you'll take charge of the entire Warehouse function, driving a safety-first and high-performance operation. You will work Monday to Friday, typical office hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day to day leadership of Warehouse function. Ensure efficient inbound and dispatch functions, delivering KPI's are achieved
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure correct & accurate storage of materials
- Drive continuous improvement – you'll be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, and implement efficient processes to streamline operations
- Create high-performing team, including identifying training & skills gaps
- Drive safety-first culture, ensuring correct procedures are strictly adhered to
Key Skills
- Proven experience in Warehouse Management and leading a team of Warehouse staff
- Excellent communication skills and keen eye for detail
- System-savvy, ideally experience using various WMS and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong stock management skills, with proven record of improving inventory performance
- Background in pick pack or kitting operations would be highly desirable
