About the Role:
We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team, covering Manchester and the surrounding region. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage an established territory, build long-term relationships, and make a real impact with both new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a defined territory, focusing on B2B sales into the Public Sector
- Develop relationships with procurement teams, facility managers, and key decision-makers
- Deliver consultative solutions, driving product uptake and brand loyalty
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Provide accurate forecasting and territory reporting
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a field-based sales role, ideally within B2B distribution
- A strong track record of selling into Public Sector clients (e.g. local authorities, NHS, education, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised
- Full UK driving licence (company car provided)
