An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident and personable Showroom Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a flagship central London showroom. This is an initial 9 month maternity cover contract, ideal for someone with a background in retail or hospitality, who thrives in a client-facing, detail-focused environment. Our client operates a high-profile showroom used to host events, product demonstrations and customer appointments within the professional catering and hospitality industry. You'll be the face of the space - ensuring everything runs smoothly, looks exceptional, and delivers a five-star experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily management of the showroom, including presentation, cleanliness, and maintenance
- Host client meetings and support the wider commercial team during events and demonstrations
- Manage bookings and ensure a smooth experience for visiting customers and stakeholders
- Coordinate deliveries, samples, supplies and supplier relationships
- Take ownership of health & safety, first aid, and security protocols as keyholder
- Collaborate with marketing, purchasing and sales teams to support wider initiatives
- Ensure all activities stay within agreed budgets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - warm, confident and engaging
