Our client is looking for a pro-active Operations Manager to be a part of their ambitious growth plans. You'll be joining a great team which are looking to future-proof their business through an exciting period of transformation. With a focus on managing contracts, you'll help manage one of the distribution centres and be responsible for ensuring day to day orders are achieved. The role is Monday to Friday typical day shift hours, with some flexibility required.
What does the role entail?
- Management of Goods in and Goods Out.
- Ensuring orders meet delivery schedules in both quantity and quality.
- Keep the warehouse organised and compliant with Health and Safety standards.
- Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff.
- Maintain clear communication with customer service department.
- Inventory management, ensuring stock accuracy and integrity.
- Implementing new policies and procedures.
