We\’re searching for an experienced Warehouse Night Shift Manager to lead and energise a team of up to 50 operatives at a key Midlands distribution site. You\’ll take ownership of the entire night shift operation-from sortation to staffing-and play a key part in driving performance, process improvement, and operational excellence. What You\’ll Be Doing: Lead, motivate and develop a warehouse team across night shift operations Drive KPI performance with a strong focus on metrics and measurable outcomes Manage daily sortation processes, ensuring speed, accuracy and safety Use data to identify areas of inefficiency and implement improvements Support recruitment, training and onboarding of new team members Maintain and exceed health & safety standards Champion continuous improvement and agile thinking across the operationWhat We\’re Looking For: Proven experience managing large warehouse teams (ideally 30-50 people+) Data-savvy and metrics-driven-granular detail is your comfort zone Resilient and calm under pressure in high-paced environments A natural leader with strong communication and coaching skills Flexible, adaptable and committed to continuous improvement Experience with night shift operations in a fast-moving logistics or distribution settingNice to Have: Experience scaling operations or launching new sites Exposure to automation/robotics in warehouse settings Knowledge of modern WMS and operational systemsWhat\’s in It for You: £40,000 – £45,000 salary depending on experience 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Pension scheme Company perks, events & wellness benefits Career progression in a rapidly growing and innovative environmentIf you\’re an operations leader who wants to make a real impact in a fast-paced, forward-thinking logistics business-we want to hear from you
