Are you an experienced warehouse leader who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment? Our client, a well-established B2B distribution business, is seeking a proactive and hands‑on Warehouse Shift Manager to oversee their afternoon/evening operation.
This role is ideal for someone who can confidently lead a team, drive performance, maintain high standards of accuracy and safety, and ensure goods are processed and dispatched efficiently.
The Role
As the Warehouse Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives to ensure all warehouse functions are completed accurately and on time. You\’ll oversee picking, loading, replenishment, stock rotation and stock integrity, while supporting smooth coordination with transport teams to ensure every order leaves the warehouse correctly and on schedule.
You will also be accountable for maintaining a safe working environment, monitoring team performance, delivering briefings, and ensuring compliance with operational processes and company standards.
