- Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant working environment across warehouse and production areas.
- Data & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, reconcile production and inventory data, and provide operational insight to the leadership team.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in operations, warehouse, or production management within apparel, fashion retail, fulfilment, or a related fast-paced environment.
- Strong track record of leading teams in both warehouse and production settings.
- Experience implementing lean manufacturing processes and driving continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems (SAP-based preferred; Odeon advantageous).
- Skilled in production planning, scheduling, and minimising downtime in automated environments.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
