Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Create, develop, and champion a Talent program to identify, retain, and develop the best possible talent and future leaders within the organisation.
- Liase across divisions to develop buy-in and truly champion talent and talent development.
- Create alignment between business strategy, organisation culture and experiences of colleagues.
- Drive strategic behavioural and process change across the organisation.
- Manage the execution of Leadership Development programmes.
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to build brand equity, displaying creativity and a passion for talent engagement and attraction.
Key Skills
- You will have worked in similar roles with focus on talent development, performance management, engagement surveys, OD projects, and culture building/initiatives.
- Ability to successfully work with and navigate a complex multi-cultural organisation, building effective relationships both internally and externally.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence at all levels from Junior to Exec team.
- Proven experience in project management, leading and driving important OD & Talent Management projects in other businesses.
