A well-established and rapidly growing distribution business is seeking a proactive Fulfilment Team Leader to take ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment for retail and e-commerce channels.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading, motivating, and developing a dedicated team of warehouse operatives
- Ensuring all orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and professionally
- Planning resources and tasks to meet daily and seasonal demands
- Maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy through regular stock control
- Upholding safety, quality, and compliance standards across the operation
- Monitoring team KPIs, performance, and attendance
- Managing inbound and outbound goods and coordinating deliveries
- Driving improvements and encouraging best practice (ideally with 5S/Lean awareness)
