Are you an experienced warehouse professional ready to lead a team in a dynamic, high-volume environment? A well-established and rapidly growing distribution business is seeking a proactive Fulfilment Team Leader to take ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment for retail and e-commerce channels.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading, motivating, and developing a dedicated team of warehouse operatives
  • Ensuring all orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and professionally
  • Planning resources and tasks to meet daily and seasonal demands
  • Maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy through regular stock control
  • Upholding safety, quality, and compliance standards across the operation
  • Monitoring team KPIs, performance, and attendance
  • Managing inbound and outbound goods and coordinating deliveries
  • Driving improvements and encouraging best practice (ideally with 5S/Lean awareness)
