Cast UK are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fleet Planner & Co-ordinator to oversee our client's fleet operations, ensuring the smooth and cost-effective movement of goods and services. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for logistics, building relationships and negotiating, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and manage fleet operations to meet delivery deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Monitor and allocate vehicles, routes, and drivers for maximum efficiency.
  • Supervise and support drivers, addressing issues and maintaining high morale.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and vehicle maintenance schedules.
  • Analyse data to improve fleet performance and reduce operational costs.
