Fleet Manager Cheshire West | On site £40,000 – £50,000 per Annum + Benefits Our client is an established and growing business looking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Fleet Manager to join their team in the Crewe area. The role is on site 5 days a week and will report to the Senior Leadership Team. Responsibilities Optimisation of fleet including vehicle availability and efficiency Ownership of fleet maintenance including vehicle servicing & MOTs Utilise fleet telematics and use related data to suggest improvements Take lead on vehicle procurement and de-fleeting where needed Ensure vehicle compliance in line with legislation Liaise with vehicle manufacturers Co-ordinate with partner workshops efficiently Generate and share fleet data and reports to wider leadership team Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve fleet performance Positively contribute to company ESG strategySkills Proven experience of working as a fleet manager, ideally with fleet sizes 70+ with national coverage Experience of using Fleet Telematics and various Transport Management Systems Demonstrable experience of improving fleet performance including: driver performance, MPG and fleet utilisation Compliance focus with strong attention to detail Stakeholder management with ability to influence at all levels Commercially savvyWant to recruit a similar role?
