Our client is a thriving Engineering business in the Stockport area, looking to hire an Operations Administrator to support their Service Engineering team. Key responsibilities:

  • Process time and expenses for a team of Service Engineers
  • Maintain records on holidays, leave and absence
  • Suggest and implement improvements to the timesheet process workflow
  • Arrange/book global travel requirements for the Engineering team
  • Maintain and update records/matrix on required training and certification
  • Assist in the implementation of a training plan for Service Engineers
  • Organise/book training courses as required
  • Support the Service Engineers with any administration required for day to day operations

Ideal Skills and Experience:

  • Strong administration skills, ideally with payroll processes
  • Competence and confidence to assume ownership of monthly payroll process
  • Good systems skills, ideally with experience of using ERP systems
