Role Profile
Our client is a thriving Engineering business in the Stockport area, looking to hire an Operations Administrator to support their Service Engineering team. Key responsibilities:
* Process time & expenses for a team of Service Engineers
* Maintain records on holidays, leave & absence
* Suggest and implement improvements to the timesheet process workflow
* Arrange / book global travel requirements the Engineering team
* Maintain and update records / matrix on required training and certification
* Assist in the implementation of a training plan for Service Engineers
* Organise / book training courses as required
* Support the Service Engineers with any administration required for day to day operations
Ideal Skills & Experience:
* Strong administration skills, ideally with payroll processes
* Competence and confidence to assume ownership of monthly payroll process
* Good systems skills, ideally with experience of using ERP systems
* Proactive mindset with ability to work autonomously and show initiative
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
