Business Development Manager

Our client is seeking a new Business Development Manager to join their team in the Fulfilment industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with external and internal stakeholders, acting as a business partner within your territory. You will be identifying new business opportunities & strategies while supporting operational challenges.
Responsibilities
- Develop and foster relationships with business partners and external stakeholders effectively.
- Provide insight and business strategies to stakeholders, develop sales models, and assess their effectiveness.
- Assess capabilities and needs of business partners.
- Achieve KPIs and sales objectives.
- Keep up-to-date on the latest products and services through attendance at events, meetings, and training courses.
- Monitor the financial performance of business partners and provide feedback to improve.
Skills and Experience Required
- 2+ years\’ experience in sales.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Coaching and client management skills.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to negotiate.
- Secure MS Office knowledge – especially Excel.
- Willingness to travel around the given territory for 80% of your timetable.
- Full driving license.
