The Role

We are looking for a hands‑on Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of the day‑to‑day running of a busy distribution centre. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including goods‑in, storage, picking, packing and dispatch
• Lead, train and motivate the warehouse team, ensuring a positive and high‑performance culture
• Maintain a safe working environment in line with company and legal requirements
• Monitor stock levels, accuracy and inventory control processes
• Work closely with the logistics, purchasing and customer service teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and warehouse layout
