Overview
Are you a detail orientated Finance Manager available for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract in the Bolton area? Do you want to lead a fantastic, motivated Finance team, whilst supporting on a number of exciting projects? Read on for this great opportunity with a growing global business in the Bolton area!
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a small team, providing training and support when needed
- Oversee all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes including invoices, payments and collections
- Assume responsibility for month-end reconciliation and reporting
- Prepare financial reports for the management team and monitor / manage cash flow
- Drive efficiencies for the business through the implementation of process improvements
- Provide support with audits and compliance
- Play a key role in upcoming projects within the business
Ideal skills and experience
- Proven track record in a similar Finance Manager role, overseeing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Previous experience managing a team with a collaborative and supportive leadership style
- Good working knowledge of Sage and/or QuickBooks
- Excellent analytical / Excel skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
- Professional accounting qualifications such as AAT, ACCA, CIMA (advantageous)
