Transformation Project Specialist - 6 Month FTC

Our client is an established manufacturing business with global operations and workforce. We are supporting their recruitment of a Transformation Project Specialist on a 6 month FTC to support the business through a period of change & transition, with a focus in supporting the delivery of HR and business transformation activity. The role operates a hybrid working model, typically 1-2 days per week onsite.
The role is a 6-month FTC, and we're looking for candidates who are either immediately available or ready to start within a few weeks at most.
Key Responsibilities
- Project planning, coordination and delivery across transformation initiatives and HR projects
- Maintain project materials, presentations, communications and stakeholder updates
- Coordinate survey activity, including planning, deployment, analysis and reporting of results.
- Deliver data analysis, insight generation and KPI tracking to support decision-making.
- Support change management and communications activities to drive adoption of future-state processes and behaviours.
- Create and maintain manager toolkits, guidance materials and engagement resources.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams and external partners to progress actions and resolve issues.
- Provide general analytical, reporting and project support across HR, organisational and transformation programmes.
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience with project delivery, including creating presentations, packs and surveys to stakeholders
- Project experience relating to HR transformation, employee engagement, sustainability etc would be preferred
- Previous experience liaising with private equity firms and/or external consultancy partners
- Strong Microsoft Office experience, in particular Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to present data to stakeholders
- Previous experience working with global organisations, across different time zones would be highly desirable
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous
