Your Tasks:
- Responsible for the development and achievement of sales
- Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
- Responsible for the effective onboarding of new clients
- Definition of all objectives related to the customers and implementation of all planned targets
- Ensuring active technical advice to customers in the defined sales area
- Analysis and selection of customers
- Determination of volumes required by the customer
- Pricing
- Analysis of competition, demonstrating and communication of incentive actions in the defined sales area
- Regular reporting for each customer
- Reporting and handling of customers’ problems and finding joint solutions
- Technical support at customers’ premises
- Performing small tests at the customers’ independently
- Agreement and attendance of test plans in bigger test series together with Sales and CAT
- Consultation and definition of forecast‑ and budget planning together with Sales Management
Your Profile:
- Ideally master’s degree in Foundry
- Alternatively practical training in the foundry industry with a sales focus
- Commercial knowledge and understanding
- Working experience in the foundry industry ideally with a sales focus
- Good knowledge of the foundry business, the processes and the products
- Existing network and strong relationships in all relevant business fields
- Fluent in English
- Committed and winning personality
- Confident and respectable appearance
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High service orientation, customer focussed
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Driven and proactive personality
