We’re looking for a motivated Senior Project Manager / Employer’s Agent to join our London team. The ideal candidate will bring strong post-contract experience, but preferably with exposure to both pre- and post-contract stages.

This full‑time, hybrid role involves working with clients and project teams to deliver residential developments across the UK (£20m–£150m), reporting directly to an Associate Director or Director and leading high‑profile schemes.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead day‑to‑day project management across assigned projects
  • Manage programmes, risk, and stakeholder coordination
  • Administer JCT contracts and ensure project delivery aligns with client objectives
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, including senior‑level engagement
  • Chair project meetings and drive effective decision‑making

  • MRICS or another relevant professional qualification
  • Strong technical capability in project management processesCommercial awareness and understanding of development drivers
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
