ROLE DESCRIPTION: We are looking for a motivated Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team in London. This full-time, hybrid position involves working closely with clients and project teams to successfully deliver outcomes for our clients on residential developments across the UK. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the delivery of multiple projects and provide your guidance and support throughout all RIBA stages of a project(s). WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Technically skilled in being able to carry out project management processes. Focus on attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Project leadership skills with regard to specific project tasks. Willingness to tackle challenges and solve problems. Desire to develop Client and other project relationships. Ability to understand outcomes not just outputs. Ability to take and know when to take initiative without guidance. Ideally MRICS or similar professional qualification. Demonstrable passion for and understanding of the Real Estate and Construction Industry.
