We are seeking a motivated Cost Consultant/Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic London-based team. This full-time, hybrid position entails the delivery of cost consultancy services for residential developments across the UK. In this role, you will work closely with clients and project teams, across all aspects of a project life cycle. Typical projects you will be involved with will range in value from £20m - £50m.

What we are looking for:

  • Able to undertake day-to-day cost management tasks supporting senior team members across chosen projects.
  • General understanding of cost management services (cost planning, procurement, and post-contract).
  • MRICS qualification or currently undertaking the APC process is preferred.
  • An adaptable individual who can work within a team and autonomously.
  • Good commercial knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills – able to communicate confidently with colleagues and clients.
  • Keen attention to detail with an eye for quality and accuracy and an understanding of the importance of quality assurance.
  • High standards of literacy and numeracy.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Demonstrable passion for the Real Estate and Construction Industry.
