We are seeking a motivated Cost Consultant/Quantity Surveyor to join our London-based team. This full-time, hybrid role involves delivering cost consultancy services on residential developments across the UK. You will work closely with clients and project teams, across all stages of a project life cycle. Typical project values range from £20m - £150m.

  • Ability to undertake day-to-day cost management tasks, supporting senior team members across assigned projects.
  • General understanding of core cost management services including cost planning, procurement, and post-contract activities.
  • Developing commercial awareness, with an interest in understanding project financial drivers and client objectives.
  • High attention to detail, with a clear understanding of accuracy, and the importance of quality assurance.
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage workloads across multiple projects.
  • Demonstrable passion for the Real Estate and Construction Industry and a desire to continue developing a career within consultancy.
  • An interest in digital and data-led approaches to cost management, with a willingness to engage with evolving digital tools used in project delivery.
