With the backing of some major names in the Financial Services world, this company offers a unique proposition of offering a secure and compliant place to work, employs some of the best profiles in the market has to offer, whilst under the leadership of a truly inspirational Manager, creates an enjoyable and forthcoming place to work. Whilst this role is starting as 5 days in office, they plan to be hybrid within six months.

This role is pitched by the client to identify someone who is AVP level looking to step up, and is available due to an internal promotion. Those with short notice periods will be given preferential treatment in the selection process, to enable the internal promotion to take place soonest.

To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify someone who has at least supervised an Operationally aligned team that supports the post-compliance KYC process in either On Boarding, maintaining Client Reference/Static data, Client Services or even Controls functions. You must be able to showcase experience of supervising staff, delegating/managing workloads, performance reviews of employees and be able to demonstrate working on projects or change initiatives.

You do not have to have crypto working experience to be considered for this fantastic opportunity, but if you do have any knowledge of digital assets experience like Bitcoin and Ethereum, or even Staking as example, then this is highly advantageous. Preference will be given to those who can showcase experience of strong customer services skills coupled with creating risk limits, avoiding conflicts/breaches and agreeing permissions in various systems.

This exciting leadership role of a small team in multiple geographies will see you acting in a senior client facing role, and will see you lead a team that supports Operations with everything post KYC-compliance checks, validation and onboarding of new customers. You will provide verification of the new customer, maintain their details within the internal systems, and complete all checks and create controls and restrictions for them to actively start trading. This is for all digital assets that they encounter.
