CassonX are delighted to be recruiting for this boutique yet fast-growing Private Equity firm that specializes in investing in high-growth Venture Capital SMEs. This Mayfair-based company specializes in raising assets and investing on behalf of High Net Worth Individuals, with predominant exposure to the UK market, and long-term plans to expand into the US and European markets. Following five years of superlative performance and investments, they are looking to hire three Investor Relations specialists who are excited to join this company at such a pivotal time.
To be considered for these roles, CassonX is looking for candidates with experience in selling to High Net Worth Individuals in a Private Equity / Small Cap / Venture Capital background. You should be hungry, charismatic, and professional, with a proven ability to convert warm leads into investments, as well as the gravitas to network, search platforms like LinkedIn, and attend events to drive potential investments. Energetic individuals who want to be part of something special, where you will have uncapped earnings, are what this entrepreneurial business seeks. Note that this role offers uncapped earnings with OTE of £150,000 to £200,000.
The role will entail building relationships with qualifying High Net Worth (HNW) individuals interested in tax-efficient and lending investments in the SME space. You will be speaking to HNW individuals about a range of diverse EIS qualifying and SME lending investments that match the interests and financial priorities of your clients. This will involve calling prospective clients and introducing our services and products (there is a large list of warm potential clients to contact), raising funds for SMEs via HNW contacts, and keeping clients updated on changes in the political landscape, as well as specific company updates and new investment opportunities.
