CassonX are delighted to be recruiting for this prestigious business that offers custody and execution solutions via a platform to the wealth management sector. This business has been growing successfully since its inception, and feels more like a FinTech business in comparison to their traditional wealth management competitors, offering solutions to complex clients.
This hire is available due to growth, and they are looking to add value, knowledge and expertise to their team by bringing in a specialist to deal with more technical and complex operational matters. They offer outstanding working conditions and a relaxed working environment, certainly in comparison to the demanding larger banks.
To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify a Corporate Actions specialist, who thoroughly understands the mechanics of various different types of Asset Servicing responsibilities. This includes knowledge of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions, dividends, income, fund conversions and any associated claims. Preference will be given to those who have knowledge of primary and secondary placing events, how transfers work, and processing and delivery of shareholder information, such as proxy voting or shareholder disclosure.
Whilst this role is a BAU Corporate Actions role, processing and approving all types of asset servicing responsibilities, they will be looking for you to deal with complex operational matters and seek to optimise efficiencies through process improvements, driving technological and automation advancements, and documenting and implementing changes to enhance operational effectiveness.
