CassonX are delighted to be exclusively recruiting for a global Fund Services provider who specialises in supporting Private Equity, Hedge Fund and Crypto Fund Administration. Their UK office is relatively small, offering a fabulous opportunity for someone to join them at the early stages, where you will have the chance to grow with the company and advance your career into a leadership role in the future.

To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify someone who has Fund Administration experience in Financial Services, preferably in the Alternative/Private Fund space (e.g., hedge/PE/crypto funds). You will come from another client servicing type role in a fund administrator; however, the client is willing to consider candidates from a NAV focused Operations role and transition them into a more client servicing position.

Preference will be given to those who have worked in a company where they have had to liaise with colleagues in other internal locations, with a keen understanding of business processes, accounting, and allocation systems.

As they look to continue to expand their business in the United Kingdom, they require a new addition to the global Client Services team to deliver the award-winning services that their clients can depend upon and to be part of the growth story. You will understand and communicate clients’ needs with various business functions, operational and support teams, and ensure quality checks are done before releasing any NAV to the client.

This includes:

  • Client relationship management for fund administration and transfer agency clients
  • Negotiating and managing service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Integration of new clients and coordination of new launches for existing clients
  • Leading operations due diligence reviews and client visits

CassonX Limited are committed to providing fair employment opportunities to all applicants. We encourage anyone to apply, regardless of their background, and promote a fair and inclusive recruitment process based on merit. If you require any assistance throughout the interview process to improve your experience, kindly let us know.
