Your Role
You will take charge of day‑to‑day operations of set jobs, ensuring our projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling tradesmen and apprentices.
- Managing and training staff to improve efficiencies.
- Ensuring quality workmanship through quality assurance checks.
- Managing major projects, including scoping, planning, and budgeting.
- Overseeing health & safety compliance.
- Liaising with clients and maintaining strong relationships.
- Refining current systems for greater efficiency.
- Reporting, planning, and auditing.
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Project Manager or a qualified electrician with 7+ years of experience.
