Designed by Cassandra herself and handcrafted in London, each jewel combines traditional techniques with modern innovation, creating jewels as unique as the person for whom it is created.
The Marketing Intern is key in supporting the marketing team, ensuring the smooth execution of marketing activities and campaigns. This position is highly versatile, requiring the ability to handle various tasks across website management, digital and print marketing campaigns, content updates, event planning, PR and measurement and reporting. The Marketing Intern will be instrumental in ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time while gaining valuable experience in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
This is a one‑year internship with the potential to transition into a permanent role, offering opportunities for increased responsibility and professional growth. Please note this position is fully in‑person based in our Sloane Street flagship and there is no option for a hybrid structure.
Key Responsibilities- Email Marketing
- Build and schedule email marketing campaigns
- Test emails across devices to ensure compatibility and deliverability
- Monitor email campaign performance metrics, such as open rates, click‑through rates, and conversions, and share insights with the team
- Maintain and update the email subscriber database, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations
- Website Management and Content Updates
- Regularly update the website with new product, imagery and content
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure the website is free of errors, including broken links, outdated content, and inconsistencies
- Work with the marketing team to optimise website structure and on‑page SEO elements, such as meta tags, alt text, and internal linking
- Copywrite for the website journal, including travel guides, musings and inspiration stories
- Campaign Support and Execution
- Provide administrative support, including uploading creative assets, updating shared files, and organising campaign documentation
- Assist Marketing team with preparation before campaign shoots
- Assist with implementation of in‑store and window displays
- Ensure proper organisation and storage of props and materials to maintain a tidy and efficient workspace
- Assist with the organisation and implementation of brand activation campaigns and collaborations
- Social Media
- Plan content and manage the Instagram and other social media accounts to align with in‑store and online campaigns
- Monitor performance metrics across social media accounts and share actionable insights with the team
- Analytics and Reporting
- Compile monthly reports on email marketing and social media to present back to the Marketing team
- Maintain organised records of historical campaign data to support ongoing performance benchmarking
- Assist the team in preparing presentations or reports for Cassandra, highlighting campaign outcomes and improvement areas
- Content Management
- Upload, organise, and manage digital assets, ensuring they are stored logically and easily accessible for team use
- Events
- Assist Marketing with the organisation of events throughout the year
- Content Calendar
- Manage and update the content calendar, coordinating with team members to ensure alignment with campaign schedules and key dates
- Assisting Boutique Team
- Assist Boutique team during peak periods, including allocated Saturdays, with organising online orders, assisting clients and restocking merchandise
- Assist with the daily Boutique setup and end‑of‑day closing procedures
- Running errands
- Undergraduate degree
- Hands‑on experience with website management and email marketing tools is desirable
- Excellent time management and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working with Photoshop or a desire to learn is essential
- Familiarity with supporting integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including social media
- Experience with email platforms like Mailchimp or Omnisend is desirable
- Ability to use project management tools like Trello or Asana to track workflows
- Professional, ambitious and enthusiastic about crafted luxury with a fantastic eye for detail
- Flexible, self‑motivated and keen to flourish in a small and dynamic team
