We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Sales Representatives to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our education services and courses. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and introduce them to our high-quality education solutions.
Salary: £25,000.00-£45,000.00 per year + 5% Commission + Performance bonus
Outstanding employees are provided with a UK work visa.
Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek and contact potential clients, establish and maintain customer relationships.
- Consult with clients, understand their education needs and goals, and provide appropriate solutions based on their requirements.
- Achieve sales targets, meet individual and team sales quotas.
- Follow up on sales leads, conduct effective sales negotiations, and close sales deals.
- Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to promote our education services and brand.
- Plan and manage sales schedules effectively to ensure efficient use of time.
Job Requirements:
- Chinese is necessary.
- Prior sales experience is preferred, with a strong preference for sales experience in the education industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong learning and adaptability, able to quickly grasp product knowledge and sales techniques.
