This is a hands‑on role, working closely with the Head of E-commerce and Head of Retail to turn plans into action, ensuring campaigns and store activity are delivered on time and with impact. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week working in our London office.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Own and manage the trade marketing plan execution.
- Deliver and execute the trade marketing plan across omnichannel.
- Work directly with Head of E-commerce and Head of Retail to understand needs, validate campaigns, agree timelines and follow up on execution.
- Define required assets, work with Design team and coordinate their implementation across digital and store channel.
- Adapt central campaigns for store rollout, ensuring consistency across POS and digital. This includes commercial consistency.
- Support local marketing initiatives, including store events and content capture.
- Provide clear communications to business and gather feedback to improve future campaigns.
- Track and record spend against the trade marketing budget.
Desired Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years’ experience in retail or trade marketing.
- Hands‑on, execution‑focused approach; not just planning but making campaigns happen.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple timelines.
- Excellent communicator, able to coordinate across teams and functions.
- Commercially driven and astute, able to retain a commercial focus at all times.
- Exceptional organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects at once and prioritise effectively to ensure deadlines are met.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills, able to build strong internal & external relationships to get the best out of others.
- A team player with a collaborative ethos.
