Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery across engineering pods, working closely with engineers and technical stakeholders.
- Design and implement AI-driven tools and solutions to improve engineering productivity and workflows.
- Apply practical experience using AI tools such as Claude (preferred) or Copilot within a real delivery environment.
- Build and evolve career development frameworks and progression roadmaps for engineering teams.
- Support and improve hiring structures, ensuring alignment with capability needs.
- Help shape and embed best practices, standards, and ways of working across teams.
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and output through automation and AI adoption.
