It is a strategic, senior-level position requiring strong domain expertise, ownership, and the ability to influence across business and technology teams. - Produce high-quality visual documentation, including process flows, swimlanes, and workflow diagrams
- Work closely with stakeholders across London, Bermuda, and Nashville, accommodating multiple time zones
Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within middle and/or back office functions in financial services
- Strong understanding of cash management, collateral management, cash movements and approvals, and related operational processes
- Experience working in environments with manual or Excel-heavy workflows and leading initiatives to improve them

- Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid environments with lean documentation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Desirable Attributes
- Tenacious, pragmatic, and outcomes-focused
