We’re supporting a major transformation programme within Broadband operations, and our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a short-term but high-impact initiative focused on streamlining and automating operational support functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the transformation of the Broadband operations structure, focusing on efficiency and automation.
- Drive the implementation of a new, leaner organisational model.
- Oversee the integration of automation tools to enhance support and monitoring capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and adoption of changes.
- Mentor and support a junior Project Manager who will be shadowing and learning throughout the engagement.
