Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage AI/GenAI projects across trading, risk management, and analytics within capital markets.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI engineers, data scientists, and front-office stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and governance standards throughout project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to senior stakeholders.
- Drive adoption of AI solutions and ensure successful integration into production environments.
Required Experience:
- Minimum: 4+ years in Project Management roles within technology or AI-focused initiatives.
- Domain Expertise: Strong experience in capital markets, front-office systems, or financial services (essential).
- Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects, ideally involving AI/ML solutions.
- Education: Relevant degree in Technology, Software Engineering or Project Management.
Core Skills:
- Project Management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and GenAI technologies (ideally with some hands-on coding experience).
- Risk management and regulatory awareness in financial services.
- Tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
- Experience managing projects involving LLMs, RAG pipelines, or AI-driven analytics.
- Knowledge of financial instruments, pricing models, financial markets and risk analytics.
- Familiarity with MLOps and data governance in regulated environments.
