Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/GenAI solutions for trading, risk management, and analytics within capital markets.
- Collaborate with front-office teams to integrate AI-driven models into production systems.
- Work alongside data engineers and platform engineering teams to enhance front-office performance.
- Optimise performance and scalability of AI applications in high-frequency environments, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards.
Required Experience
- Minimum: 4+ years in Software Engineering / AI Engineering roles.
- Domain Expertise: Strong experience in capital markets, front-office systems, or financial services (essential).
- Proven track record of delivering AI/ML solutions in production environments, or demonstrable experience building AI tools inside or outside of work setting.
- Education: Relevant Software Engineering / Computer Science degree.
Technical Skills
- Programming Languages: Python, Java, C++, C#, TypeScript, JavaScript.
- Machine Learning: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
- GenAI / LLMs: OpenAI API, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, Langraph, RAG pipelines.
