eFX FIX Integration Manager
A Client of ours is seeking a highly skilled and experienced eFX FIX Integration Manager to join their dynamic team in London. This role is pivotal in managing API/FIX onboarding and integration, ensuring seamless connectivity infrastructure, and providing top-notch support to our clients in the electronic trading space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Connections :
- Implement new client connections and design, configure, and deploy trading interfaces.
- Engage with new clients for onboarding and support them during UAT testing.
- Manage a rolling program of new client connections.
Vendor Platforms Integration :
- Liaise with vendors regarding FIX specifications and configure UAT FIX systems.
- Complete conformance tests and manage the migration into production.
- Maintain ongoing vendor relationships.
System Management :
- Monitor changes on supported systems and amend configurations to meet client requirements.
- Ensure adherence to change procedures and manage system capacity.
- Produce service metrics and ensure system performance.
Incident/Problem Management :
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support for the FIX environment.
- Act as the first point of contact for technical issues and log incidents.
- Track problems in Service Manager and ensure timely resolution.
