Are you looking to take on a high-impact role at the heart of a leading global trading floor? We’re looking for a seasoned eFX Application Support Analyst to join a dynamic front office team embedded directly with traders and sales in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide Level 1–3 support for a suite of e-trading applications in FX, Fixed Income, and Commodities
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with traders, handling real-time pricing, trade flow, and latency issues
- Troubleshoot FIX connectivity, API issues, and low-latency server-side problems
- Liaise directly with developers and vendors to resolve high-priority incidents
- Contribute to automation efforts using Python, Bash, or Shell scripting
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong experience in Linux, SQL, and scripting (Python, Shell, or Perl)
- Working knowledge of FIX protocols, market data flows, and front-office trade lifecycles
- Familiarity with FX products (spot, forwards, options) and E-Trading environments
- Comfort navigating production support environments – think outages, latency, pricing anomalies
- Previous exposure to tools such as Bloomberg, FXAll, Broadway is a plus
- KDB knowledge is a big plus

- Proven background in front-office application support, ideally in eFX or electronic trading
- Comfortable on a trading floor – proactive, calm under pressure, and able to “own” an issue from alert to resolution
- Strong communicator and collaborator, both with internal stakeholders and external vendors
