What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging with candidates daily to understand their skills, motivations, and career aspirations
- Building strong networks through calls, referrals, and digital sourcing
- Matching top talent to some of the best opportunities across FinTech
- Supporting consultants with high-quality candidate pipelines for live roles
- Learning the full recruitment lifecycle with a path carved to grow into a Consultant role
What We’re Looking For
- A confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Experience in customer-facing or phone-based roles (sales, retail, hospitality, etc.)
- A proactive, target-driven mindset with a desire to learn and grow
- Someone who thrives in a busy, dynamic environment
