What You’ll Be Doing

  • Engaging with candidates daily to understand their skills, motivations, and career aspirations
  • Building strong networks through calls, referrals, and digital sourcing
  • Matching top talent to some of the best opportunities across FinTech
  • Supporting consultants with high-quality candidate pipelines for live roles
  • Learning the full recruitment lifecycle with a path carved to grow into a Consultant role

What We’re Looking For

  • A confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
  • Experience in customer-facing or phone-based roles (sales, retail, hospitality, etc.)
  • A proactive, target-driven mindset with a desire to learn and grow
  • Someone who thrives in a busy, dynamic environment
