You know how to deliver. You’ve managed tech roles, worked multiple requirements at pace, and built real pipelines of opportunities and talent, not just reacted to jobs.
But now you’re looking for:
- More ownership and influence

Who we are
Caspian One is a Professional Services technology partner to global financial markets, specialising in transformation, engineering, AI and cloud. We partner with leading banks, financial institutions, and fintechs across Europe and North America, supporting complex hiring. We operate as Market specialists in our verticals and Strategic partners to clients, understanding the real hiring challenges.
The role
This is a Delivery Consultant/Principal Consultant hire suited to experienced recruiters who already operate with ownership, credibility, and commercial awareness. You’ll take responsibility for end-to-end delivery within Change Management (BA / PM), including:
- Managing multiple concurrent requirements across clients
- Qualifying roles beyond the job spec (true requirement definition, stakeholder alignment, urgency, budget)
- Building and maintaining high-value talent pipelines
- Driving candidate processes from qualification → close → aftercare
- Generating market intelligence, leads, and referrals
- Partnering with clients on delivery strategy and hiring outcomes
- Contributing to team performance and mentoring more junior consultants
We’re looking for recruiters who demonstrate depth.
You likely have:
- 4+ years’ experience in recruitment
- Background in contract/temp markets
- Strong exposure to Change Management (BA / PM)
- A track record of closing roles and owning delivery outcomes
Bonus points if you have operated in Canada or Poland
Your capability set includes:
- Managing high-volume, multi-role delivery without losing quality
- Strong commercial awareness (rates, margins, urgency, risk)
- Ability to qualify roles beyond surface-level briefs
- Proactive talent mapping & pipelining
- Generating leads, referrals, and market insight
- Working as a 270 or 360 consultant with real accountability
And importantly, you:
- Build relationships, not just pipelines
- Think proactively, not reactively
- Are comfortable operating with autonomy and ownership
- Want to step into a role where your work has a visible impact
Why move to Bournemouth?
This is where the opportunity becomes different. You keep:
- Complex, international markets
- Strong earning potential
- Career progression into leadership or market ownership
- The London style role
You gain:
- A coastal lifestyle
- Lower cost of living
- Space, balance, and clarity
If you’re a London-based recruiter delivering in Change, you don’t need to prove you can do the job. The real question is: Do you want to keep doing it in the same environment, or upgrade both your career and your lifestyle?
