Caspian One is growing, and we’re looking for two driven, confident, high-energy Account Executives to join our Sales Division. If you’re competitive, resilient, and love the buzz of outbound sales… this is your team!

We’re a specialist Professional Services Company working with some of the most innovative brands in global financial markets. Our teams partner with banks, FinTechs, and hedge funds to solve complex hiring challenges and connect them with the talent that drives their success.

As an Account Executive, you’ll be the engine behind our business development activity:

  • Drive high-volume outbound activity: cold calls, follow-ups, email sequences & multi-channel outreach
  • Take part in daily BD sprints and high-energy call blocks
  • Break into new global financial accounts, from tier-one banks to hedge funds

You’ll become an expert in the tech and finance space with ongoing coaching, training, and a clear career pathway.
